When will my online credit card gift be transacted?
La transazione della vostra prima donazione avverrà alla ricezione del modulo mensile di donazione debitamente compilato. Le vostre prossime donazioni saranno processate nella stessa data ogni mese, o almeno il primo giorno lavorativo seguente. Le vostre donazioni in corso verranno processate ogni mese, e riceverete una conferma via e-mail. Se per qualunque motivo non riusciamo a mandare avanti la vostra donazione, vi invieremo un'e-mail chiedendovi ulteriori informazioni.

Your first gift is transacted upon receipt of the completed online, monthly gift form. Your next gift will be processed on the same date each month or the next possible business day. Your ongoing gifts will automatically transact each month, and you will receive a confirmation email.  If for some reason we are unable to process your gift, we will send you an email requesting new information.
Please verify your name, address, and the credit card number and expiration date being used for your monthly gifts. It is essential that your name and address with Save Children's Life corresponds with your credit card’s billing information, so that your gifts are transacted smoothly. Any changes could impact our ability to process your monthly gifts.

How do I change my online credit card information?
To access your credit card information used for your monthly gifts, please retrieve your last email from Save Children's Life acknowledging your gift.  At the bottom of each email you will find a personalized link to access your account information.  There you will be able to modify your name and address and access your present credit card information being used.

If you cannot locate your last email from us or are unable to access your information, please call us at +39 011.530293 to implement the desired change.

How do I stop my monthly credit card gifts being made online?
To access your credit card information being used for your online monthly gifts, please retrieve our last email from Save Children's Life acknowledging your gift. At the bottom of each email you will find a personalized link to access your account. 

The link provided will give you access to your account to stop future gift payments.  If you cannot locate your last confirmation email, please notify us at infodonation@savechildrenlife.org, so that we may work on your behalf to implement the desired change.

How do I sign up to receive a monthly statement?
Please fill out the form below or send us an email with your name, mailing address and monthly gift amount to info@savechildrenlife.org. You'll receive your first reminder/statement during the first week of every month.
