Credit must be given to: Save Children Life onlus / Reference # / Photographer?s Name. Electronic reproductions require the additional use of the copyright symbol - © - before the credit. User agrees that photo content will not be changed by digital or any other means, except cropping. SCL photographs can only be used in a context that fairly represents the real situation, subject identity or physical location of the image. These restrictions are intended to uphold the right of children and others to be accurately depicted. Unless expressly stated, electronic usage of SCL photographs is only permitted for receipt, selection, image processing and layout purposes. Recipient agrees to delete all image files from hard drives, LANs or other electronic storage devices upon final reproduction. If you wish to reproduce, publish, mirror any of the photographs or images for a wider dissemination you can make use of the copyright option using the request form, where you can detail the nature and intended audience. You will receive an email containing the authorization with terms of use. ONFORWARDING PHOTOGRAPHS: For those who wish to onforward photographs to media or to non-SCL contractors creating publication products, traditional or electronic, all electronic transmissions of SAVE CHILDREN's LIFE photographs must carry the following advisory: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OPENING ANY OF THE IMAGES CONTAINED IN THIS MESSAGE CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: FOR MEDIA: SAVE CHILDREN LIFE PHOTOGRAPHS TRANSMITTED HERE ARE FOR THE INFORMATION AND USE OF MEDIA FOR ONE-TIME PRODUCTION IN HARD COPY PUBLICATIONS ONLY. PLEASE CREDIT. ALL FURTHER TRANSMISSION, STORAGE OR USE OF THIS IMAGE IN ANY ELECTRONIC FORMAT IS NOT PERMITTED. FOR SAVE CHILDREN LIFE CONSULTANTS: USE OF SAVE CHILDREN LIFE IMAGES IS SOLELY RESTRICTED TO THEIR APPLICATION IN PRODUCTS, EITHER HARD COPY OR ELECTRONIC, BEING CREATED FOR, AND SOLELY OWNED BY, SAVE CHILDREN LIFE OR A SAVE CHILDREN LIFE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.
