MedChild Foundation, with the partecipation of the National Italian Committee to connect the Italian Government and the Onu for food and agriculture, arranged the International Conference “Children well being index”.

The event was held on Monday 20th March 2006 at 9.00 a.m. at CNEL in viale Davide Lubin, 2 Rome (Villa Borghese).

During the Seminar, where Honourable Mr Gianni Alemanno, Minister for Agriculture and Forests and the Ambassador Mr Riccardo Sessa, General Manager for the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Countries of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Mr Jacques Van der Gaag, Chairman of the Institute for International Development di Amsterdam, introduced the updating of the MedChild Children well being index, with a special study in depth about poverty in Morocco.
